A small blue mineral study with plenty of character.
This natural azurite slab carries rich blue colour, fine crystalline texture and irregular matrix detail, with lighter turquoise-green accents appearing around the edges. Its surface changes subtly with the light and with the condition of the stone.
The supplier photographs show the slab both wet and dry outdoors. Water deepens the blue and brings out the texture, while the dry views reveal its more natural matte surface.
Azurite is a copper mineral prized by collectors for its intense blue colour. This is a compact, characterful specimen for a mineral collection, display shelf, creative reference, or anyone drawn to the deeper blues of the mineral world.
