These terms apply when you browse or purchase from the Deep Time Atelier online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website.

Products and descriptions

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and colours as accurately as possible. Natural, ancient and one-of-a-kind materials can contain variations, inclusions and unique characteristics. Screen settings may also affect colour appearance. Please review each listing carefully before purchasing.

Pricing and orders

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order where an item is unavailable, pricing or listing information contains a genuine error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

One-of-a-kind items

Many pieces are individually made or contain unique materials. The item shown in the listing is the item supplied unless the listing clearly states otherwise. Availability is subject to prior sale.

Order preparation and delivery

Orders are prepared within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery services, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping policy. Please provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Returns and consumer rights

We accept change-of-mind returns requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage, and original outbound freight/shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose or not as described, please contact us so we can provide the appropriate remedy. Please see our Return and refund policy for details.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, photographs and original designs belong to Deep Time Atelier or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

Payments, delivery and parts of the website may be provided by third parties such as Shopify, payment providers and carriers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its publication date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable laws of Australia.
