Shipping and order preparation

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Western Australian public holidays. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Deep Time Atelier ships Australia-wide. Available shipping services, charges and any carrier delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery time begins after dispatch and is separate from our 3-business-day preparation time. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occur after a parcel leaves our care.

Tracking details will be supplied where the selected shipping service includes tracking.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact hello@deeptimeatelier.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact hello@deeptimeatelier.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photographs of the parcel and item. We will assist with the carrier and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
