Returns and refunds

14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

We want you to love your Deep Time Atelier piece. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition.
• Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return postage and should use tracked shipping.
• Original outbound freight/shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

This change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact hello@deeptimeatelier.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund. Reasonable return postage for valid product issues will be reimbursed where required.

Many Deep Time Atelier pieces contain natural, ancient or one-of-a-kind materials. Variations, inclusions and characteristics that are shown or described in the listing form part of the individual piece and are not faults. Damage caused by misuse, impact, improper care, chemical exposure or unauthorised alteration is not considered a product fault, without limiting your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
