A substantial, character-rich fossil shark tooth represented by the supplier as Otodus megalodon from South Carolina, USA. The broad triangular crown carries slate-grey to blue-grey mineral tones with warm ochre staining, while the dark root shows pronounced natural wear and pitting. It is an honest, rugged display specimen rather than a pristine collector-grade tooth.
