Ravensthorpe Rubellite in Lepidolite — 141 g Cabinet Specimen

A rose-red pocket of Ravensthorpe pegmatite.

This substantial natural specimen pairs pink-to-red rubellite tourmaline (elbaite) with lilac-grey lepidolite, quartz and a warm brown pegmatite matrix. The contrast between the saturated rubellite zone and the mica-rich host is what makes Ravensthorpe material so distinctive.

The specimen is labelled “RUBILITE / LEPIDOLITE — RAVENSTHORPE” in the reference photograph. Locality is presented as labelled provenance rather than an independently certified mine-level identification.

This is a one-of-one rough cabinet specimen. Cleavage, chips, irregular edges, exposed crystal faces and variations in sparkle are natural features. It is sold as a display mineral, not as gem-cut material. The exact specimen photographed is the specimen you will receive.
