Your gauge reads in US sizes

Please record the US number shown at the buckle marker. That is the size to give Deep Time Atelier when ordering or discussing a ring. You do not need to convert it first.

The most reliable at-home method

  1. Form the loop. Feed the pointed end through the buckle opening.
  2. Place it at the base of your finger. Pull it close to the skin without pinching.
  3. Check the knuckle. The loop should slide over the widest part of your knuckle with light resistance.
  4. Read the marker. Note the US size shown at the buckle indicator.
  5. Repeat three times. Measure later in the day as well, because fingers naturally change with temperature and activity.

How to use it: Fit the sizer at the base of your finger, then check that it can pass over your knuckle with light resistance. Measure more than once, ideally at different times of day.
